Unless the written warranty supplied with a specific product states otherwise, ZEROOXRIDE products sold to the original U.S. retail purchaser by ZEROOXRIDE, INC. or an authorized dealer include a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
The warranty delivered with the product may identify different coverage periods, exclusions, or remedies for batteries, wear items, demonstration units, or commercial use.

Proof of purchase, model, serial number, seller, purchase date, description, and supporting images/video.
Possible remedies
Diagnosis, repair instructions, replacement part, authorized repair, replacement product, or refund where required or selected by ZEROOXRIDE.
Typical exclusions
Normal wear, misuse, crashes, water exposure, improper storage, unauthorized modification, non-approved battery/charger, commercial rental, or failure to follow instructions.
