If a product or battery overheats, swells, leaks, smokes, sparks, burns, loses braking, accelerates unexpectedly, or is involved in serious injury or property damage: stop use, move people away, call emergency services when needed, and report the incident to ZEROOXRIDE. Do not recharge or ship a damaged battery.

PROTECTIVE GEAR
Wear a properly fitted helmet and appropriate protective gear. Closed-toe shoes are required; avoid loose clothing.
LEGAL RIDING AREA
Use only where lawful. Many ZEROOXRIDE models are intended for private property or designated off-road areas, not public roads.
BATTERY CARE
Use only approved batteries and chargers. Charge while attended in a dry area away from exits, heat, and combustible materials.
RECALL PROCESS

ZEROOXRIDE, INC. will publish applicable U.S. recall or corrective-action notices here and communicate through available dealer and customer records. A notice may require stop-use, inspection, repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy. Dealers must immediately stop sale, quarantine affected inventory, preserve records, and follow the authorized communication and remedy plan.
Manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers may have independent duties to report potentially hazardous consumer products to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Contract terms do not replace those legal duties.
