Practical policies for U.S. customers, authorized dealers, product support, and regulatory cooperation.
Follow the product manual, labels, age/weight limits, charging instructions, and adult-supervision requirements. Use the product only in lawful locations and conditions. Unless a product is specifically classified and labeled for public-road use, treat it as an off-road/private-property product. Never modify speed controls, electrical systems, batteries, chargers, brakes, or structural parts.
Availability, pricing, taxes, freight, delivery timing, and title/risk terms are confirmed at checkout or in a written sales order. Lithium batteries are regulated in transportation; damaged, defective, or recalled batteries must not be shipped without written instructions from ZEROOXRIDE and an authorized carrier method.
Contact the seller of record before returning any product. No product or battery may be shipped to ZEROOXRIDE without a Return Merchandise Authorization and written routing instructions. Eligibility, restocking, freight, and remedy depend on the written order terms, product condition, reason for return, applicable warranty, and non-waivable consumer rights.
Written warranty terms must be available before sale where required. Product-specific warranty terms supplied with the product control over summaries on this website. ZEROOXRIDE does not condition warranty coverage on paid use of a branded repair service or branded replacement part except where legally permitted; damage caused by an incompatible or unsafe part or service may be excluded.
Information submitted through support and dealer forms is used to respond, administer claims, evaluate dealer applications, maintain safety and recall records, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We limit collection to information reasonably needed for those purposes and share it with service providers, authorized dealers, carriers, insurers, professional advisers, or authorities when necessary. Applicable state privacy rights remain available and may be exercised through zeroox@zerooxride.com.

Product classification and permitted use depend on design, age grading, speed, power, pedals, and the law of the state and locality where the product is sold or operated. Dealers and riders are responsible for local licensing, helmet, age, equipment, sales, tax, environmental, and use requirements. ZEROOXRIDE may update product, warranty, safety, and dealer policies to reflect legal or safety changes.
