Lithium-battery transport
Electric models ship only by an authorized service and destination. Expedited, air, remote-area, Alaska, Hawaii, territory, or international service may be unavailable or priced separately.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the carton before signing. Photograph visible damage, retain packaging, and report shortage or freight damage promptly through the support form.
Adult assembly
Complete the product-specific adult assembly and pre-ride inspection before use. Do not ride a damaged or incompletely assembled product.
Not a guaranteed date
Carrier estimates can change because of hazardous-material routing, weather, address access, or freight appointments. A date is guaranteed only when stated in writing.
